Trim vegetation to allow 2–3 feet of clearance around areas being painted.
Keep windows and doors closed during service.
For interior trim or cabinet painting, we recommend not being present during oil-based applications due to fumes. We will provide 1–2 days’ notice prior to spraying.
After project completion, replace your HVAC filter. We can provide a new filter for $85 if needed.
If your home is governed by an HOA, please confirm all color selections in advance.
For interior projects, allow 3–4 feet of clearance by moving furniture and wall décor away from painted surfaces.
Remove all items from cabinets if cabinet painting is included.
Our crew may require access to unlocked doors to remove weather stripping. All doors will be secured at the end of each workday.
